• Assist clients throughout their protection journey, from the first inquiry to finalization.

• Provide clients with expert guidance on income protection, mortgage protection, and other vital coverage options.

• Utilize our client's innovative technology to operate efficiently while ensuring a personal touch for enduring client relationships.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience providing advice on protection products within a brokerage setting.

• Excels in a dynamic, high-energy environment while working autonomously.

• Proven expertise in managing B2C inquiries.

• Proficient in navigating various lenders to identify optimal whole-of-market solutions.

• RO5 qualification (preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience in supporting customers from initial inquiry through to completion.
