Proposals Manager – Pharmacovigilance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic support and lead the creation of proposals, which includes developing support strategies and overseeing TCs.

• Ensure that proposal contributions are gathered from various stakeholders, typically involving input from sales, marketing, operational teams, finance, legal, and senior management.

• Conduct quality control and perform checks on stakeholder feedback.

• Deliver high-quality, client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for new business opportunities.

• Participate in departmental meetings, including global RFP Triage, P&C internal meetings, and other ad-hoc calls.

• Engage in and support Proposals training, which involves onboarding new staff as well as providing ongoing training for existing personnel and those outside the P&C team.

• Assist in the coordination, development, negotiation, and execution of client contracts and change orders for key accounts and significant opportunities.

• Contribute to the establishment of standardized procedures at the departmental level and aid in the streamlining of processes for proposal preparation and efficient turnaround times.

• Facilitate the development of junior staff by organizing lessons learned sessions and continuous education programs to enhance team performance and growth.

• Support initiatives aimed at process improvement that lead to the creation of accurate and effective costs and proposals.

• Ensure that senior management is suitably involved in quality control and contributes to key opportunities while effectively communicating their strategies to clients.

• Drive ongoing departmental process improvements and participate in special projects as assigned, alongside regular duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in developing proposals and managing budgets within the Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector.

• Experience in Pharmacovigilance (Safety Services) or with PV providers is advantageous.
