This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers utilizing Guidewire’s products.
• Assist customer teams in ensuring their implementation aligns with best practices and business goals.
• Track progress, identify risks, and support customers through critical delivery milestones.
• Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders across claims, policy, billing, underwriting, and operations.
• Collaborate with customer leadership and internal teams to jointly create roadmaps that facilitate long-term objectives.
• Lead strategic discussions that connect Guidewire capabilities with customer business priorities.
• Collaborate with internal teams—Product, Sales, Cloud Operations, and Support—to ensure coordinated execution.
• Direct customers to valuable resources such as training, communities, documentation, and expert support.
• Proficient in written and spoken French is mandatory; additional languages are advantageous.
• Expertise in insurance, with comprehensive knowledge of at least one market in the region (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy).
• Background in customer-facing roles within software delivery, consulting, or transformation.
• Experience in the P&C insurance sector—familiarity with claims, underwriting, policy, or billing processes.
• Knowledgeable about enterprise software implementation cycles or digital transformation initiatives.
• Capable of quickly building rapport and influencing stakeholders toward common goals.
• Formal training or certifications in project management or change management are preferred.
