This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary contact for Learning Management System (LMS) implementations, upgrades, and configuration modifications.
• Manage system setup, user access, security protocols, and workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Develop reports, queries, and data extracts as requested by key business stakeholders.
• Collect and evaluate requirements from all relevant stakeholders regarding enterprise training needs and configure the LMS accordingly.
• Create and maintain LMS components such as training items, curricula, user groups, quizzes, and assignments for GTD.
• Grasp business processes to identify and resolve issues and inconsistencies, providing compliant and practical solutions that meet user requirements in enterprise-wide systems.
• Prepare documentation and training materials on the configuration and management of the LMS, SharePoint, and additional IT platforms as required.
• Take responsibility for resolving issues and work collaboratively with GTD and the LMS vendor to ensure stakeholder and customer satisfaction.
• Lead the development and documentation processes aimed at enhancing efficiency in systems administration.
• Plan and oversee LMS-related projects and enhancements from conception to delivery, including scope management, timelines, and resource distribution.
• Carry out project tasks to guarantee timely completion of specific tasks and/or workstreams within the larger project framework.
• Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership regarding project status, potential risks, and progress updates.
• Provide insights on how updates and new features will impact Training Operations.
• Design and deliver training and support materials for LMS users, administrators, and internal teams, promoting adoption and adherence to best practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and advocate for new features and functionalities that enhance the user experience.
• Ensure the LMS complies with regulatory and organizational standards, including data protection and accessibility requirements.
• Stay informed about LMS industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, sharing valuable insights with the wider organization.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience with enterprise LMS applications and/or systems management in a Talent Development (TD) or Learning & Development (L&D) setting.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (preferably Workday), Sumtotal, and ComplianceWire LMS.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting and working with vendors on escalated issues.
• Ability to operate within a global organization, engaging with end users from various sites across multiple time zones.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Strong orientation towards process improvement and enhancement.
• Demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
