Regional Manager, Retail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture the development of all Store Managers in the designated region.

• Spearhead all aspects of store-level recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.

• Foster and uphold high-performing teams that reflect Margaux's values and service standards.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and development strategies.

• Take ownership of achieving regional sales objectives, profitability goals, and essential business metrics.

• Examine sales patterns, customer feedback, and performance data to uncover opportunities and risks.

• Ensure the consistent implementation of all operational standards, policies, and procedures across stores.

• Act as the primary retail owner responsible for product performance in all locations.

• Advocate for a top-tier client experience across every retail outlet.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in retail management, including at least 2-3 years in a store manager or multi-unit leader role, ideally within luxury, premium, or specialty retail.

• Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving significant sales outcomes.

• Experience in managing hiring processes, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives.

• Strong business insight with the capability to analyze data and enhance performance.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Willingness to travel frequently between store locations.

• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences and cultivating robust teams.
