Field Construction Manager Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Supporting the FCM with administrative tasks related to the project

• Overseeing subcontractor activities as a secondary supervisor

• Managing material receipt and maintaining precise inventory levels

• Providing safety assistance along with quality control and quality assurance support

• Offering daily on-site reporting assistance and conducting environmental compliance inspections

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, providing clear leadership to all subcontractors involved in project execution

• Possess a positive attitude and the capability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, engineers, and subcontractors

• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to advance projects without compromising quality or safety
