This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Prepare proposals and bids, as well as negotiate contracts.
• Ensure adherence to contract commitments while conducting commercial risk assessments.
• Develop commercial strategies and solutions that align with customer needs.
• Lead internal commercial meetings and facilitate risk reviews.
• Oversee proposal submissions and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Extensive experience in Sales and Proposals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Professional-level fluency in Spanish.
• Proficiency in Portuguese is regarded as a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of the legal frameworks governing public tenders in South America.
• Familiarity with contractual obligations related to government contracts.
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve issues.
• Well-established project management skills.
