Proposals Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversees the comprehensive intake and delivery of project or opportunity proposals.

• Engages closely with both external clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate clinical research protocols.

• Drives the creation of high-quality, timely proposals that are both functionally and technically sound.

• Serves as the primary bid leader to coordinate efforts and follow up with all relevant internal and external parties.

• Assists in the organization and execution of bid defense meetings.

• Aids in the development of change orders for existing awarded opportunities.

• Participates in weekly planning for the proposal pipeline work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, physical/biological/chemical sciences, pharmaceutical sciences, or business-related fields.

• A minimum of 6 years in roles involving proposal writing and/or clinical research budget analysis.

• Practical experience in developing budgets for clinical trial services.

• Ability to recognize key scope elements and inquiries when reviewing a study protocol.

• Excellent customer-facing communication and coordination abilities.

• High-quality written communication skills for proposal crafting.

• Proven track record of perseverance and the ability to meet tight proposal and submission deadlines.

• Capability to assist in the creation of well-organized and effective bid defense PowerPoint presentations.
