This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Leads the development of client proposals in partnership with Commercial Sales Account Executives.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration within Commercial Sales and with various Advarra Subject Matter Experts in the creation of proposals, vendor evaluations, and other requested documents.
• Ensures adherence to the requirements outlined in RFPs and vendor assessment requests.
• Customizes, reviews, edits, and guarantees the precision of the final proposal/questionnaire document.
• Completes all necessary documentation and secures required signatures.
• Oversees the coordination and timeline for the completion of the RFP or questionnaire.
• Maintains project documentation including proposals/questionnaires, attachments, communications, and more.
• Updates and maintains proposal boilerplate, current corporate details, location profiles, resumes, bios, customer references, and templates as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-8 years of experience in proposals, contracting, or a related field.
• Proficient computer skills, including expertise in MS Office, Excel, Word, and collaborative tools.
• Experience with Loopio or similar RFP systems is advantageous.
• Capability to establish and sustain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously; planning, organizing, scheduling, and completing tasks within deadlines.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
