Proposals Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +43 more states.

📋 Description

• Provides strategic and technical assistance throughout the sales process.

• Crafts customer-focused proposals that emphasize financial positioning, product offerings, and network accessibility.

• Utilizes technical expertise regarding products, programs, services, policies, systems, and pricing strategies to enhance proposal strategies and outcomes.

• Aids in creating and executing results-driven programs and innovative initiatives for the Proposals department under direct supervision.

• Conducts basic business impact assessments based on anticipated changes in the Proposals sector.

• Collects data from source systems to finalize proposals and calculates fees within designated variance authority levels.

• Organizes questionnaire answers according to specific quotation strategies and customer priorities.

• Supports plan design evaluations, prepares deviation documents, and compiles proposals for ancillary coverage.

• Contributes content for sales presentations and marketing surveys.

• Follows directives to implement techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the EAP industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in communicating and presenting to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.

• Strong professional writing skills with a demonstrated ability to create clear, concise, and well-organized responses to inquiries.

• A growth mindset, including adaptability and a commitment to self-development and the development of others.

• Experience in the health insurance sector is preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of the RFP process is preferred.

• Advanced project management skills are preferred.

• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and verbal/written communication skills are preferred.

• Familiarity with collaboration and teamwork is preferred.

• Familiarity with execution and delivery skills is preferred.

• Familiarity with problem-solving and decision-making skills is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• An Associate Degree is acceptable.
