This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the proposal process for targeted opportunities to effectively position Woolpert for projects.
• Evaluate and summarize solicitation documents while formulating pursuit timelines.
• Facilitate the development of technical solutions and content, engaging creative resources as needed.
• Create draft proposal documents and lead meetings for color reviews.
• Ensure adherence to established quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Engage in pursuit pre-RFP meetings.
• Maintain opportunity, project, and personnel data within the firm's ERP database.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager and creative team to prepare for shortlist interviews.
• Coordinate technical writing tasks with subject matter experts.
• Conduct cross-market compliance QA/QC reviews.
• Identify and assist in the creation of reusable content.
• Investigate ERP data to gather insights on experience, teaming, and client history for proposals.
• Participate in capture planning to formulate proposal solutions and win themes.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the proposal process through lessons learned and client debriefs.
• Mentor proposal coordinators and interns.
• Lead increasingly complex submission pursuits, including IDIQ and recompete submissions.
• Work collaboratively with market leaders, program directors, project managers, technical SMEs, and other departmental resources.
• Report directly to the Head of Industry Pursuits.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience in the technical/AEC industry, or 12+ years of pertinent AEC experience.
• Required knowledge of federal/government proposal processes and federal contracting vehicles (SF330, GSA, IDIQ, OASIS+ BPA, OTA, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment, positively influence others, and build strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and quickly adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Candidates must already have work authorization in the country where the job is located.
