This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Director of Growth & Development in implementing strategic growth, capture, and business development strategies.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor federal opportunities that align with the company's growth goals.
• Collect and organize intelligence on customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Build and sustain relationships with government clients, industry collaborators, and potential partners.
• Identify and assess strategic teaming and subcontracting prospects.
• Engage in customer interactions, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Maintain information on the opportunity pipeline and business development tracking systems.
• Facilitate internal information and document flow for capture and business development activities.
• Assist in opportunity evaluations, pursuit planning, and bid/no-bid decisions.
• Organize proposal timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and review processes.
• Prepare, format, and arrange proposal materials, resumes, past performance data, and supporting documents.
• Support proposal reviews and monitor action items until completion.
• Facilitate the production and submission of final proposals to ensure compliance with solicitations.
• Maintain repositories for proposals, templates, lessons learned, and business development resources.
• Assist in reporting, tracking, and other initiatives related to growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and cooperatively within a remote team setting.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Proactive, self-driven, and relationship-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
• Interest in business development, capture management, proposal development, and federal contracting.
• Preferred military background within the U.S. Army, SOF, NSW, Intelligence Community, or similar operational organizations.
• Preferred established relationships within the DoD, Army, SOCOM, NSW, Intelligence Community, or defense sector.
• Preferred experience in supporting capture management, business development, recruitment, growth initiatives, or proposal efforts.
• Preferred knowledge of federal acquisition processes and government contracting environments.
• Preferred experience in identifying, qualifying, or tracking federal business opportunities.
• Preferred experience in developing or supporting teaming arrangements and industry partnerships.
• Preferred familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, CRM systems, GovWin, or similar opportunity-tracking platforms.
• Preferred active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
