Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete RFx request process, which includes evaluating incoming bid requests and establishing timelines to ensure all deliverables remain on schedule.

• Gain insight into the business and workforce needs of potential employers to effectively present LearnLux's platform as the optimal solution, converting financial wellbeing concepts into responses that appeal to HR and benefits executives.

• Develop engaging and persuasive proposal material, such as executive summaries, value propositions, and competitive positioning statements.

• Enhance advancement and win rates through innovative content and processes, customizing proposal materials to align with each prospect's unique workforce profile and industry context.

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration among sales, marketing, client success, and global operations, as well as engage with subject matter experts in security, legal, and product, ensuring every aspect of a response is precise, up-to-date, and comprehensive.

• Maintain the proposal workflow by managing and updating the content library in Loopio, ensuring rapid response times without compromising quality.

• Increase visibility into pipeline health by monitoring proposal activities and results in HubSpot.

• Enhance the RFx function over time by overseeing the process and proposing improvements and best practices.

• Refine competitive positioning by recognizing trends in RFP requirements and win/loss results, and integrating those insights into the content strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, RFP/RFI response, or a similar client-facing role within B2B SaaS, with a proven history of securing complex, competitive deals.

• Strong grasp of the sales lifecycle, including strategy formulation, proposal writing, and project management capabilities.

• Familiarity with RFP management software (Loopio preferred).

• Exceptional writing abilities, evidenced by a history of producing clear and persuasive content under pressure.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, rapidly evolving environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving without awaiting guidance.

• Proven ability to collaborate across various functions, including managing contributions from subject matter experts to ensure responses are accurate and timely.

• Complete mastery of time management, capable of handling multiple deadlines and competing priorities simultaneously without compromising quality.

• Strong proactive communication skills, with the discernment to identify risks, gaps, or bottlenecks before they escalate into deadline issues.
