This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide assistance for commercial and SLED RFXs.
• Take charge of the entire process of addressing complex RFXs, from the moment the support request is received until the submission of proposal deliverables.
• Act as the main contact for proposal stakeholders, coordinating activities across various departments and regions.
• Help sustain and enhance proposal content libraries, templates, and process documentation.
• Offer expert advice on proposal strategy, structure, and presentation.
• Perform comprehensive compliance reviews to ensure all proposal requirements are satisfied.
• Generate reports and conduct research to create new, non-technical content (e.g., cover letters, executive summaries, past performances, etc.); tailor existing content (e.g., to suit the client’s industry).
• Produce new content and refine, edit, and customize existing language to improve clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with win themes.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, technical writing/editing, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in proposal development.
• Proven expertise in managing complex RFXs independently, including experience in developing multi-volume, multi-practice/services, multi-solution, and/or multi-vendor RFx responses.
• Established ability to create successful proposal strategies, with strong editing skills and experience in writing new content.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in the cybersecurity and/or IT sector.
• Capacity to absorb substantial information in a constantly evolving industry.
• Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple RFx requests and deadlines concurrently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage tight or shortened RFx deadlines.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal guidance.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Preferred familiarity with Salesforce, Certinia, and/or Responsive (or other content management systems) and the technical aptitude to quickly learn new software/systems.
