This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the proposal process from initiation to submission.
• Oversee the creation and submission of proposals for federal, state, and local government projects.
• Evaluate solicitations, formulate proposal timelines, compliance matrices, and content strategies.
• Draft and refine proposal content, encompassing management strategies and past performance narratives.
• Ensure proposals effectively convey Forum One's strengths while fulfilling solicitation requirements.
• Facilitate proposal reviews, production, and the final submission process.
• Manage proposal templates and content repositories.
• Assist in opportunity qualification and enhancements to the proposal process.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least six years of experience in managing proposals for federal government entities; experience with state and local government proposals is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in leading the complete proposal lifecycle for intricate federal projects, from kickoff to submission.
• In-depth understanding of federal procurement processes, including proposal compliance, evaluation criteria, and best practices in government contracting.
• Proven experience in guiding cross-functional proposal teams and handling multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding writing, editing, organizational, and project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the federal contracting landscape.
• Preferred experience in a consulting, digital services, or professional services firm serving government clients.
