Proposal Management Specialist – Bid Proposal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the production, quality, and competitiveness of both inbound and outbound bid submissions.

• Collaborate directly with sales leadership, division managers, pricing teams, and legal to transform qualified opportunities into signed contracts.

• Oversee the complete response process for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and unsolicited proposals.

• Convert technical capabilities across Helpware's four divisions into tailored value propositions for clients.

• Gather insights from sales, operations, pricing, legal, security, and HR to create compliant, on-brand responses.

• Sustain and enhance the proposal content library, boilerplate, and response templates.

• Collaborate with marketing and enablement teams on the development of case studies, capability statements, and one-pagers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, sales enablement, or B2B content development.

• Background in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is highly preferred.

• Native or near-native English written proficiency is required.

• A portfolio of written work must be provided during the interview process.

• Proven experience in responding to enterprise procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and security or vendor risk questionnaires.

• A history of meeting tight deadlines on complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders while managing several concurrent pursuits in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings.

• Strong commercial insight with the capability to interpret a buyer's requirements effectively.

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Equivalent practical experience will be taken into consideration.
