Proposal Manager

📋 Description

• Accountable for leading the development, coordination, and submission of compliant proposals.

• Act as an operational leader within the Growth organization.

• Propel proposal execution across cross-functional teams while ensuring clear communication.

• Assist in pre-RFP and shaping initiatives, including Requests for Information (RFIs), capability statements, and technical white papers.

• Coordinate swift response efforts for opportunity qualification and customer engagement.

• Function as the primary integrator between Capture, Business Development, and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

• Oversee the proposal development lifecycle for designated federal opportunities from pre-RFP planning to final submission.

• Evaluate solicitations to create compliant proposal frameworks and timelines.

• Guarantee that proposal responses align with customer mission priorities and operational needs.

• Manage proposal schedules and execution timelines effectively.
