Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire proposal lifecycle from the identification of opportunities to the award of contracts.

• Partner with executive leadership, business development teams, operations managers, and technical staff to formulate effective strategies.

• Manage proposal teams, proposal systems, and resources for knowledge management.

• Lead proposal initiatives for federal, state, municipal, commercial, and private sector opportunities.

• Ensure that proposal schedules, milestones, and deadlines are achieved while upholding quality standards.

• Monitor proposal costs and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for significant pursuits.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing complex proposals across federal, state, municipal, and commercial sectors.

• Strong leadership abilities and project management skills.

• In-depth understanding of federal acquisition and procurement processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, CRM platforms, and proposal management systems.
