This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develops and implements proposal strategies and sales agreements.
• Structures deals, sets pricing, and leads proposal development.
• Supports customer negotiations.
• Identifies new opportunities alongside functional partners to create innovative products and services for business expansion.
• Applies Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the proposal process.
• Effectively communicates complex concepts and may influence others' opinions on specific subjects.
• May guide colleagues to consider alternative perspectives.
• Extensive experience in Sales and Proposal development.
• Knowledge level equivalent to a Master’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• Master’s degree from an accredited university or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s).
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
