Proposal Graphics Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create a reusable library of proposal graphics, templates, layouts, icons, and visual elements utilizing Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe tools.

• Convert intricate technical and management concepts into clear and engaging graphics that enhance proposal messaging.

• Offer rapid graphics support during active proposals, including last-minute reviews and revisions.

• Set consistent standards for layout, typography, color, iconography, imagery, and information hierarchy.

• Assist proposal teams in understanding effective visual strategies and the appropriate use of templates.

• Review and update Dexis visual and branding guidelines as necessary.

• Evaluate Dexis website and corporate materials, recommending changes to enhance visual identity consistency.

• Collaborate with proposal managers, writers, subject-matter experts, and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing proposal graphics for U.S. Government contractors.

• Experience supporting large federal contractors, ideally within defense, national security, foreign affairs, intelligence, or related sectors.

• Exceptional visual judgment and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong capability to communicate complex ideas through diagrams, graphics, and information design.

• Ability to justify and explain choices regarding layout, color, typography, icons, and imagery.

• Advanced proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively under tight proposal deadlines.

• Ability to quickly respond to short-notice assignments and maintain substantial overlap with U.S. Eastern Time working hours.

• Submit a portfolio showcasing relevant proposal and information-design work.

• Provide examples of work completed for federal or government-contracting clients.

• Submit at least one client reference or testimonial specifically addressing quality, responsiveness, speed, and customer service.
