This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Execute client consultancy projects aimed at addressing critical business requirements.
• Utilize NAVLIN Price & Data and NAVLIN HTA Database tools, along with customized insights and bespoke research.
• Ensure timely delivery of client projects while upholding quality and value expectations.
• Assist in research and lead analysis on mapping the payer and HTA landscape.
• Support HTA submissions, GVD development, and value demonstration and propositions.
• Create and implement early scientific advice plans.
• Perform value-based pricing analyses.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver client outputs.
• Generate client reports and presentations, presenting findings to clients.
• Identify strategic alternatives and methodologies for addressing client inquiries.
• Develop consulting methodologies and enhance pharmaceutical market knowledge through training and practical experience.
• Contribute to business development through lead identification, proposal creation, and client relationship management.
• Post-graduate degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Economics, Medicine, or a related Life Sciences field.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in a market access, HEOR, or HTA consulting environment.
• Familiarity with health technology assessment, HEOR, market access, and reimbursement policies.
• Experience with analogues and secondary data, including clinical guidelines, HTA outcomes, and raw pricing data.
• Strong focus on quality and detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Self-aware and accountable individual.
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and innovative thinking abilities.
• Capability to quickly establish relationships and make clear decisions amidst ambiguity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and client challenges.
• Knowledge of global reimbursement and HTA standards.
• Familiarity with the Market Research Development process.
• Skills in both quantitative and qualitative market research.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to analyze extensive data from various sources and provide recommendations.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Creative mindset with a demonstrated client-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive nature.
