Proposal Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and unsolicited proposals.

• Convert Helpware's offerings across four divisions into tailored value propositions for clients.

• Collaborate with sales, operations, pricing, legal, security, and HR to create compliant and brand-aligned responses.

• Enhance and maintain the proposal content library, boilerplate, and response templates.

• Work alongside marketing and enablement teams on case studies, capability statements, and one-pagers.

• Assist in transforming qualified opportunities into finalized contracts through competitive bidding responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in proposal writing, bid management, sales enablement, or B2B content development.

• Background in BPO, SaaS, or professional services is highly preferred.

• Native or near-native proficiency in written English.

• A portfolio of written work is required at the interview stage.

• Experience with enterprise procurement processes, including RFP, RFI, and security or vendor risk questionnaires.

• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines on complex, cross-functional projects.

• Capable of managing multiple simultaneous pursuits in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings.

• Strong commercial acumen and skill in interpreting buyer requirements.

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic financial modeling.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot is strongly favored; experience with Salesforce is acceptable.

• Familiarity with Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, or Google Drive for organized content libraries.

• Skills in PDF editing, version control, template design, and maintaining brand consistency.

• Experience working with US-based or global enterprise clients is preferred.

• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA is preferred.
