This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Develop and oversee operating budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis, for a designated property group.
• Create, implement, and manage thorough asset management plans that align with market real estate strategies.
• Plan and execute projects focused on asset preservation.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional leadership, acting as a liaison for partners and various lines of business.
• Provide property management services in accordance with established standards, policies, and programs.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify service deficiencies, understand customer needs, and determine necessary improvements.
• Support and engage in special initiatives.
• Proactively oversee service delivery providers to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage lease agreements along with internal and external managers.
• Participate in disaster preparedness, triage, and recovery activities.
• Deliver superior service with a high level of professionalism.
• Manage risks while adhering to applicable policies and procedures.
• A minimum of two years of experience in property management is required.
• Proven success in managing vendors.
• Basic knowledge of lease agreements, real estate terminology, and building operations.
• Experience managing portfolios of owned and leased properties across various geographical locations and diverse property types.
• Ability to develop, implement, and manage operating budgets and capital plans effectively.
• Fundamental understanding of business principles.
• Capability to collaborate with multiple internal and external functions, including HR, IT, Finance, as well as partners and vendors.
• Strong skills in project management.
• Ability to coordinate several projects at once.
• Capacity to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, along with presentation expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Database.
• Willingness to perform moderate car travel primarily within the portfolio.
