• **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Property Operations Manager (Hospitality)** to oversee the daily operations of a burgeoning portfolio of luxury vacation properties.

• This position is perfect for individuals who excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting and take complete ownership of operational performance—from guest experiences to vendor coordination and system optimization.

• You will play a vital role in ensuring properties operate seamlessly, guests receive outstanding service, and operational systems scale effectively.

• Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage daily **operations across multiple short-term rental properties**

• - Supervise cleaners, maintenance staff, and third-party vendors

• - Handle guest communications, ensuring quick response times (**<5 minutes during active hours**)

• - Efficiently resolve guest issues while upholding a high standard of service

• - Coordinate property turnovers, inspections, and readiness

• - **Develop, document, and enhance SOPs and operational systems**

• - Monitor and optimize operational KPIs including guest satisfaction (**target: 4.8+ rating**)

• - Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions

• - Ensure all properties remain fully operational and guest-ready at all times

⛳️ Requirements

• **Must-Have:**

• - Proven experience in **short-term rental, hospitality, or property management operations**

• - Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• - Capability to problem-solve under pressure in real-time situations

• - Highly organized with a keen attention to detail

• - Self-motivated with the capacity to take complete ownership of responsibilities

• **Nice-to-Have:**

• - Experience managing multiple properties simultaneously

• - Familiarity with tools such as **Guesty, PriceLabs, Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Workspace**

• - Experience in building SOPs and operational systems

• - Understanding of revenue management and dynamic pricing
