This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take charge of the complete leasing process, from addressing inquiries and vetting tenants to preparing and overseeing digital lease agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all tenant requirements, delivering exceptional and professional customer service.
• Efficiently coordinate seamless move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and processing security deposit returns.
• Manage rent collection and handle the eviction process professionally when necessary, adhering to all procedures.
• Receive, prioritize, and assign our maintenance team and vendors to address property-related issues.
• Organize property turnovers and minor renovations, developing schedules and ensuring they remain on track and within budget.
• Keep impeccably organized digital files for all properties, tenants, and work orders in our property management software.
• Monitor all maintenance and project expenses, review invoices, and assist in maintaining a cost-efficient operation.
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant in Property Management is crucial.
• Your experience should encompass both tenant relations and maintenance coordination.
• Confident in your capability to lead team members and oversee vendors.
• Strong knowledge of the US real estate rental process (leasing, tenant laws, etc.).
• Experience in managing schedules, ordering materials, and monitoring budgets.
• Must be comfortable working full-time on a US time zone schedule (graveyard shift).
• You should have your own dependable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
