This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee and organize email accounts, ensuring prompt replies and systematic management of incoming messages.
• Compose and prepare letters, memos, and various documents as required by the team.
• Address bylaw violations following the company's established policies and procedures.
• Upload and categorize documents in appropriate platforms or systems.
• Coordinate calendars by scheduling appointments, meetings, and other team events.
• Engage professionally and promptly with clients to resolve service requests and inquiries.
• Gather and distribute vendor quotes as needed by the team.
• Execute data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency using Condo Control Central, Condo Manager, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Skilled in managing and organizing email communications.
• Excellent writing abilities capable of producing professional documents.
• Familiarity with utilizing ChatGPT or similar AI tools for effective task management and communication.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Competent in multitasking and managing several managers at once.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with Condo Control Central and Condo Manager software is advantageous.
