Property Management Systems Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain the company's property management system along with associated business platforms.

• Set up new properties, encompassing configurations, availability, pricing, fees, booking regulations, and operational preferences.

• Ensure precision in property, listing, booking, owner, and operational data across various systems.

• Conduct data audits and system evaluations to pinpoint and rectify errors.

• Diagnose system and workflow challenges and liaise with software vendors or stakeholders for escalations.

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for inquiries related to the property management system and extend user support.

• Oversee system performance and detect potential issues prior to their impact on operations.

• Assist with the Guesty-to-Resly transition from the preparatory phase through implementation and subsequent support.

• Prepare, cleanse, validate, organize, and transfer data.

• Configure Resly, properties, users, integrations, settings, workflows, and other system components.

• Execute system testing and user acceptance testing.

• Validate migrated data and probe into any discrepancies.

• Document issues, solutions, configurations, and critical migration decisions.

• Create user manuals, SOPs, system documentation, workflow guides, and user instructions.

• Provide basic training and guidance throughout the platform transition.

• Review workflows and suggest enhancements through configuration, automation, and process modifications.

• Assist with new features, integrations, business tools, future implementations, migrations, and technological projects.

• Maintain a reliable knowledge base and ensure documentation remains up-to-date.

• Support property management and operations teams with system-related requirements.

• Aid in property administration, onboarding, new property setups, and ad hoc systems and operational initiatives.

• Translate stakeholder needs into efficient system configurations and workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in short-term rentals, property management, property operations, systems administration, or a similar position.

• Practical experience with a property management system (PMS) or comparable operational platform.

• Strong grasp of property management or short-term rental systems that support bookings, properties, availability, pricing, guest information, owners, and daily operations.

• Proven ability to learn and manage new software platforms.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and juggle multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfort with system configurations, data, workflows, and process documentation.

• Proficiency in user support and clearly explaining system processes.

• Willingness to work during Australian business hours.

• Direct experience with Resly is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Guesty and/or transitioning from Guesty to another PMS is highly desirable.

• Experience with PropertyMe, Hostaway, Lodgify, Conduit, or similar property management platforms is highly desirable.

• Experience supporting a system implementation, migration, integration, or significant platform change is highly desirable.

• Experience with PMS configuration and setup is highly desirable.

• Experience with data migration, cleansing, validation, or system testing is highly desirable.

• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, user manuals, or knowledge bases is highly desirable.

• Experience identifying opportunities for workflow automation and process improvement is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with ActiveCampaign or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.

• Experience working with multiple integrated business systems is highly desirable.
