This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the enterprise-level implementation of Procore.
• Manage the initial setup and configuration of Procore for new projects.
• Tailor Procore modules and workflows to meet project-specific needs.
• Integrate Procore with additional software systems used by the company as required.
• Provide continuous technical support to users of Procore.
• Design and deliver training for both new and existing users.
• Develop and maintain user manuals, training resources, and documentation on best practices.
• Generate custom reports to monitor project advancement and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Oversee system performance and resolve any issues that arise.
• Implement updates and new features for Procore when necessary.
• Ensure the integrity and consistency of data.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and stakeholders to enhance processes.
• Establish and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures for Procore.
• Analyze project data and produce reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to data security policies, industry regulations, and project documentation standards.
• Manage user access and permissions effectively.
• Configure and maintain Procore settings to enhance workflows at the company level.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance during standard business hours.
• Demonstrated experience in managing construction project management software.
• Expertise in utilizing Procore construction management software.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction project workflows and necessary documentation.
• Exceptional technical skills with the capacity to troubleshoot software issues.
• Background in software integration and customization.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to conduct impactful training sessions and develop instructional materials.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role (preferred).
• Procore Certification (preferred).
• Must be currently residing in Texas.
