This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the business inbox, ensuring timely responses to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
• Utilize Buildium for billing, invoicing, and various property management activities.
• Forward urgent maintenance issues to contractors, giving priority to critical matters such as leaks.
• Arrange property viewings for potential tenants to ensure a seamless experience.
• Offer general administrative assistance to the property management team.
• Demonstrated experience with **Buildium** property management software (mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in property management, real estate, or virtual assistance.
• Strong organizational abilities combined with a sharp eye for detail.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Capacity to multitask and manage priorities with little supervision.
• Knowledge of property leasing, maintenance procedures, and tenant-owner relations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Dependable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
