This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Facilitate tenant communications via email, chat, or phone.
• Organize property inspections, maintenance appointments, and vendor services.
• Keep property records, lease documents, and tenant files updated.
• Handle maintenance requests and collaborate with repair vendors.
• Monitor rental payments, invoices, and basic financial records.
• Create reports, summaries, and documentation for property managers.
• Assist with tenant onboarding and lease renewals.
• Oversee property-related inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Aid in listing management, marketing updates, and tenant screening as necessary.
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in property management support or similar administrative roles.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to multitask and effectively manage time.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in documentation.
• Familiarity with property management software or CRMs is advantageous.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital communication platforms.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.
