Property Data Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Review property documents to extract essential information about the property.

• Verify the accuracy of key details online and seek additional relevant information to include whenever feasible.

• Diligently and consistently update property records with accurate information and related details.

• Oversee caseloads and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion and a positive customer experience for time-sensitive assignments.

• Collaborate and communicate with colleagues as needed.

• Achieve performance metrics associated with the role.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to enhance property data discovery and ingestion workflows.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Exceptional attention to detail with minimal errors.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize various cases and manage personal workload effectively.

• A quiet workspace is essential.

• A reliable internet connection with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• Demonstrated experience working with U.S.-based business teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Full and ongoing overlap with Porch’s U.S. Central Time business hours (11:30 PM IST – 7:00 AM IST).
