Property Claims Vendor Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Analyze data to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement initiatives to save costs.

• Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors, including conducting due diligence and ensuring integration with internal systems and processes.

• Manage the offboarding of vendors when necessary, ensuring a seamless transition and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Continuously assess and enhance vendor management processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, transparency, and effectiveness.

• Suggest and implement best practices, automation tools, and process enhancements to streamline workflows and optimize vendor relationships.

• Build and sustain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

• Act as the main point of contact for vendor inquiries, issues, and escalations.

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to tackle performance issues, resolve conflicts, and promote ongoing improvement.

• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Track vendor performance, quality, and service levels, conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure accountability and compliance.

• Assess and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers based on business requirements, quality standards, and cost factors.
