Property & Casualty Insurance Licensing Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Complete a maximum of 64 hours of compensated pre-licensing training.

• Assist customers via phone and email with new policy quotes and billing questions.

• Handle endorsements, cancellations, and updates to coverage.

• Address underwriting inquiries and clarify insurance protections for clients.

• Ensure that transactions adhere to industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks.

• Transition from a trainee to a licensed Property & Casualty insurance professional.

• Operate remotely from a home office utilizing equipment provided by the employer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer service is essential.

• Previous call center experience is advantageous.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

• Dedication to completing the full 8-week training program.

• Capability to take the state exam in the greater Charleston, South Carolina area.

• Wired internet service must be installed directly into the home, such as cable, fiber-optic, or DSL broadband.

• Wireless-only internet services are not permitted.

• The Qualfon computer must connect directly to the home router or modem using an Ethernet cable.

• Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi extenders, mesh systems, boosters, cellular hotspots, fixed wireless, and satellite internet are prohibited.

• Proof of internet service provider and service will be required upon hiring.

• Exceptional attention to detail when processing legal documents and applications.

• Ability to articulate complex insurance terminology clearly to customers.
