• Conduct initial investigations of files to ascertain the causes and specifics related to a P&C claim, qualifying it for further recovery actions.

• Gather pertinent documents that aid in recovery initiatives.

• Extract key elements from files using documents and online databases.

• Possess the ability to analyze file information and assess its relevance.

• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as there may be interactions with client personnel.

• Proficient typing skills are required.

• Ability to apply processes and procedures with sound judgment.
