Property Adjuster – Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding service to policyholders by visiting customers' homes for on-site inspections.

• Assess coverage details thoroughly.

• Create accurate estimates.

• Resolve claims swiftly.

• Manage virtual claims utilizing tools such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.

• Specialize in water damage claims and other incidents including minor fire, wind/hail, and various property claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in property adjusting, water mitigation, or independent adjusting.

• Proficiency in Xactimate is highly preferred.

• Strong critical thinking and technical abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to travel to customers' residences and manage virtual claims nationwide effectively.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Must be willing and able to carry a 50-pound ladder and access roofs with a pitch of up to 6/12 on one to two-story buildings.

• A valid driver's license is required.
