This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify appropriate hotel and hospitality properties.
β’ Initiate contact with owners and brokers via email, phone, and LinkedIn when suitable.
β’ Follow up, engage in discussions, and assess interest levels.
β’ Gather necessary documentation.
β’ Transfer qualified properties to the internal team.
β’ Your responsibilities do not include negotiating to notarization or performing financial calculations β your role focuses on initiating and advancing deals.
β’ Background in acquisition, sales, or real estate-related sectors.
β’ Strong proactive approach.
β’ Comfortable interacting with owners and brokers.
β’ Well-organized and methodical working style.
β’ Work remotely.
β’ Enjoy flexible working hours.
β’ Benefit from clear processes and rapid decision-making.
β’ Have direct access to decision makers.
β’ Operate under a pure commission-based model.
β’ Earn commission on qualified deals.
β’ Depending on the structure of the deal, earn approximately 2β5% of the deal volume (typically exceeding β¬1,000,000).
β’ No limits on commission earnings.
