Property Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and source potential rental properties along with their owners.

• Perform outbound calls, follow-up communications, and outreach campaigns targeting prospective clients.

• Demonstrate and articulate property management services to property owners.

• Establish and nurture robust professional relationships with property owners and investors.

• Aid in the onboarding process of newly acquired properties into management systems and workflows.

• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate daily property management operations.

• Keep precise records of leads, conversations, and outreach initiatives.

• Track follow-ups and pipeline activities to maintain ongoing communication with prospects.

• Contribute to enhancing outreach strategies and acquisition methodologies.

• Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and acquisition status.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in property management, real estate, leasing, sales, or a related discipline.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Background in outbound calling, sales, appointment scheduling, or lead generation.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Ability to operate independently while effectively managing multiple tasks.

• Proficient in professional communication with property owners and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with CRM systems or property management software is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships.
