Prompt Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Examine the effectiveness of business processes on the client side by reviewing internal employee guidelines, actual conversation recordings, and transcripts.

• Develop scripts and prompts for AI agents to streamline business processes through automation.

• Generate training and testing datasets.

• Create and implement methodologies to evaluate the performance of AI agents and utilize these insights to enhance their functionality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in AI/ML or conversational AI projects, preferably within fintech, telecom, or startups.

• Demonstrated capability in prompt engineering, including crafting and refining prompts for LLMs in real-world product scenarios.

• Experience in designing comprehensive conversational flows for chatbots or AI agents, covering intent recognition, dialogue trees, fallback mechanisms, and consumer-oriented copywriting.

• Familiarity with prompt testing, quality assurance, and AI observability tools (e.g., LangSmith).

• Proficiency in prompt iteration and evaluations, encompassing prompt engineering, test cases, and human-in-the-loop processes.

• A background in UX Design or UX Research is a significant advantage.

• Experience with AI voice technologies.

• Knowledge of business process analysis, with the ability to convert intricate workflows into clear and structured dialogue scenarios.
