This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create promotional strategies that enhance acquisition, engagement, retention, reactivation, loyalty, and monetization goals.
• Assess the performance of promotions and the return on investment across different offer types and customer segments.
• Keep abreast of competitive intelligence regarding promotional activities within pertinent industries.
• Manage Fliff’s promotional calendar and portfolio across various products and customer segments.
• Develop and implement structured testing plans for promotional initiatives in collaboration with the Analytics team.
• Over 5 years of experience in promotions, loyalty, CRM, retention marketing, gaming operations, commercial strategy, or related fields.
• Background in sportsbook, fantasy sports, social gaming, social casino, mobile gaming, loyalty programs, or similar sectors.
• Deep understanding of promotional mechanisms, customer incentives, and offer creation.
• Proven experience in assessing campaign performance and understanding customer behavior.
• Strong analytical skills and quantitative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Finance teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with promotional economics, customer segmentation, and incentive optimization (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical tools such as Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms (preferred).
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools like Braze, Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar solutions (preferred).
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus (preferred).
