Promo Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and execute promotional campaigns that include concepts, bonuses, mechanics, and target demographics.

• Establish and oversee the promotional calendar.

• Design tournaments and in-game events, detailing mechanics, eligibility criteria, prize pool calculations, and distribution of prizes.

• Identify suitable offers for various player segments and cohorts.

• Coordinate communication campaigns with CRM, Content, and Design teams.

• Conduct A/B testing and perform post-campaign evaluations.

• Assess bonus economics, issuance, and the effectiveness of promotions.

• Generate performance reports and recommendations to enhance promotional mechanics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in iGaming as a Promotions, CRM, or Retention Manager.

• Practical experience with gamification, loyalty programs, missions, tournaments, and other player engagement strategies.

• Comprehensive understanding of wagering requirements, cashback, free spins, loyalty programs, tournaments, jackpots, and lotteries.

• Insight into bonus economics, bonus issuance, and the influence of promotions on business performance.

• Strong knowledge of iGaming metrics such as GGR, NGR, bonus cost, retention, conversion, ARPU, and LTV.

• Capability to utilize analytics dashboards and translate data into actionable insights.

• Experience in briefing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
