Project Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist in the successful execution of lift installation projects from the pre-construction phase through to installation.

• Perform site surveys, dimensional assessments, and pre-start inspections.

• Ensure that projects are adequately prepared, meet technical compliance, and are completed in accordance with quality and health and safety standards.

• Advocate for health and safety standards and confirm site readiness prior to installation.

• Offer technical guidance to customers, sales teams, and operational staff.

• Serve as a bridge between customers, sales, operations, and installation teams.

• Foster customer relationships through effective communication, problem-solving, and proficient site management.

• Keep precise reports and coordinate project activities.

• Travel to customer locations and the head office while also working remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the construction sector, preferably related to platform lift installation, platform lifts, stairlifts, and/or maintenance.

• Capability to read and interpret technical, architectural, and construction drawings.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.
