This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico, +4 more states.
• Direct SBD’s engagement in significant construction projects across North America.
• Establish and nurture relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Advocate for and implement SBD’s value-added products and services.
• Supervise SBD’s contributions throughout all stages of construction, collaborating with internal teams.
• Create and carry out detailed engagement plans for each designated project.
• Discover new avenues for SBD to enhance value and optimize processes.
• Track project advancements, oversee budgets, and deliver consistent updates to leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering is preferred).
• Over 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in construction project management is preferred.
• Capacity to cultivate relationships and collaborate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Proficient in assembling and aligning a team to support the overall strategic objectives of the group.
• Ability to work with internal team members to address challenges that may arise with end users.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in planning and executing meetings and events of various sizes and scopes.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of managing and executing a budget for your region.
