Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and manage comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.

• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to guarantee schedule precision and alignment with project milestones.

• Conduct schedule analyses, critical path evaluations, and progress reporting.

• Identify potential scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies.

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and tracking of earned value.

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required.

• Oversee scheduling activities among various stakeholders and subcontractors.

• Travel to active project locations throughout the United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Primavera P6.

• Background in supporting large-scale construction projects within data centers, heavy industrial, and mission-critical environments.

• Strong grasp of CPM scheduling methodologies.

• Capability to assess schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies.

• Exceptional communication and coordination abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced construction settings with travel obligations.

• Experience with a general contractor or EPC contractor is preferred.

• Field construction expertise is highly desirable.

• Proven track record of supporting multiple projects or large program schedules.
