Project Scheduler – Industrial Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold comprehensive construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6

• Work in collaboration with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure the accuracy of schedules and their alignment with project milestones

• Conduct schedule analysis, critical path evaluations, and progress reporting

• Recognize scheduling risks and propose recovery or mitigation strategies

• Assist with schedule updates, forecasting, and tracking earned value

• Engage in owner meetings and deliver schedule presentations as required

• Manage scheduling activities among various stakeholders and subcontractors

• Travel to active project locations throughout the United States

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience with Primavera P6

• Background in supporting large-scale construction projects in data centers, heavy industrial, and mission-critical settings

• Strong grasp of CPM scheduling methodologies

• Competence in analyzing schedule impacts, delays, and recovery strategies

• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced construction environments that require travel

• Experience with a general contractor or EPC contractor is preferred

• Field construction knowledge is highly favored

• Proven experience supporting multiple projects or large program schedules
