This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Accountable for the planning and coordination of all elements related to internal information and system-specific projects from inception to completion.
• Projects typically encompass network, server, or software installations and upgrades, as well as PC rollouts.
• Coordinates activities performed by IT personnel and internal customers/partners by establishing project requirements and conducting feasibility studies and needs/impact assessments.
• Develops comprehensive project plans and oversees all implementation activities, including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control procedures, testing, documentation, training, and ensuring timely delivery within budgetary limits.
• Manages multiple complex, cross-disciplinary, and technical projects.
• Collaborates with functional teams throughout the initiation, planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment stages.
• Responsible for monitoring and tracking program milestones, timelines, and overall project deliverables.
• Engages in the creation and maintenance of thorough project documentation, such as schedules, reviews, process documents, and risk assessments.
• Defines project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders while ensuring technical feasibility.
• Drives project lifecycle milestones from concept initiation through to project closure and advocates for change management.
• Utilizes metrics and KPIs to evaluate project performance through appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status updates.
• Accountable for improving internal processes by addressing gaps across various teams and functions.
• Ensures risks are identified and provides strategies for risk mitigation.
• Serves as the primary project contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders.
• Organizes and supports regularly scheduled meetings with core teams.
• Assesses post-project outcomes against metrics; recommends or implements changes to enhance delivery practices and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel in their area of expertise.
• Exhibits sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for achieving solutions.
• Experience collaborating with project management teams, resolving conflicts, and adhering to schedule timelines.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and documentation).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously.
• Self-motivated individual capable of quickly learning new tools and familiarizing themselves with new processes and technologies with minimal guidance.
• Extensive experience in creating spreadsheets, presentation materials, and project/process documentation.
• Strong observational and analytical skills, including the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy; ability to track and report metrics and manage risks.
• Proven capability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.
