This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assisting the Manager of Product Prep and Payment in creating schedules, gathering requirements, and managing stakeholders.
• Aiding in the development, review, and prioritization of Business Needs Statements (BNS) for new feature development and IT implementation.
• Acting as a liaison between the Product Prep and Payment teams and IT to ensure effective and timely communication and resolution of outstanding tasks.
• Facilitating communication and coordination between the Business and Customers, which includes industry outreach and updates for stakeholders.
• Creating impactful visualizations and presentations that convey key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Compiling data and condensing it into succinct reporting materials that aid in decision-making for Product Prep and Payment projects.
• Utilizing Agile best practices to oversee requirements identification, development, and review alongside business and IT stakeholders.
• Evaluating current business processes related to Product Prep and Payment to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and automation.
• Bachelor's degree with at least 8-10 years of experience in one or more areas: technical project management; project scheduling; business process improvement; business consulting; continuous improvement.
• Experience in consulting on large, complex projects.
• Must exhibit soft skills such as relationship building, influencing others, emotional intelligence, and outstanding communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency and experience with Microsoft products: Power Apps, Power BI, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in both autonomous and collaborative virtual environments.
• Capacity to excel in various ambiguous situations; take initiative to surpass client expectations.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals and the ability to work within project constraints.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Outstanding customer relationship management abilities.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance – US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder); if a Green Card holder, must have lived in the US for the past 5 years and must not have traveled outside of the US for a cumulative total of 6 months during that period.
