Project / Operations Manager – Business Development Management, Digital Wellness App (iOS)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate closely with Stephan, who has dedicated his career to creating automated workflows.

• Completely automate the processes of identifying influencers and affiliates, managing negotiations, and handling payments.

• Formulate strategies to penetrate local markets, conduct penetration tests in one-week sprints, and evaluate the outcomes.

• A key objective of this role will be to establish a system that tracks and measures results effectively.

• Leverage AI tools (such as Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all of our routine processes and tasks that occur at least once a month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, you have a strong affinity for AI tools.

• You are enthusiastic about mental health and overall healthy lifestyles.

• You possess a passion for processes, KPIs, and A/B testing.

• You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
