This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Oversee project advancement, technician deployment, and travel coordination; ensure an evenly distributed schedule across national project engagements.
• Assist technicians in defining their work scope, detailing deliverables, and pinpointing key contacts.
• Blueprint & Niche Communication: Analyze and interpret blueprints; adeptly navigate specialized industry terminology while interacting with clients and team members.
• Manage project expenses, assignments, and budget oversight using QuickBooks Online.
• Act as the main communication liaison for clients, managing timelines and expectations to guarantee high levels of satisfaction.
• System Management: Leverage Monday.com, Slack, and Google Drive to promote project transparency and enhance efficiency.
• Prior experience in a B2B environment within the Construction, Design, or Civil Engineering fields. Experience in furniture manufacturing or restoration specifically for the hospitality industry is a substantial advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and comprehend intricate project site layouts.
• Advanced proficiency with Monday.com, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Google Drive, and Slack.
• Strong capability to manage timelines, oversee dynamic project changes, and influence results through direct client engagement.
• A "tech-savvy" approach with an eagerness to incorporate AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Background: Experience working for a mid-sized company based in the USA is mandatory.
