πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver project monitoring assistance throughout the entire grant lifecycle, encompassing application and plan assessments as well as post-award oversight.

β€’ Offer both desktop and on-site monitoring support.

β€’ Conduct technical evaluations of recipient submissions, pinpoint corrective measures, and suggest improved project specifications.

β€’ Monitor milestones, budgets, and technical objectives against the approved plans provided by recipients.

β€’ Alert Project Officers of any discrepancies.

β€’ Assess recipient performance and financial reports to ensure compliance with relevant statutes, program guidelines, and award conditions.

β€’ Assist in award closeout processes, including quality assurance reviews of closeout documentation.

β€’ Maintain official documentation files within DOE systems.

β€’ Provide technical expertise and programmatic support to the HOMES or HEEHR federal teams.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least six (6) years of relevant experience.

β€’ A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in engineering, business administration, environmental sciences, or a related field.

β€’ Four (4) years of relevant education or experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree.

β€’ A Master's degree may replace two (2) years of experience.

β€’ Proven experience in supporting the Federal Government.

β€’ Demonstrated experience with financial assistance documentation and financial tracking systems.

β€’ Familiarity with federal financial assistance statutes and regulations.

β€’ Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship or support.

β€’ Successful candidates must pass pre-employment background checks.

β€’ DOT qualification requirements and relevant transportation regulations may apply.
