This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, cultivate, and maintain a productive partnership with our clients.
• Foster and sustain positive client relationships throughout the duration of the project.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and internally, including the creation of written project documentation.
• Take a prominent role in essential meetings and presentations.
• Engage in Business Development activities.
• Comprehend our contractual obligations to both the client and the project.
• Direct project teams in establishing project objectives and work plans.
• Facilitate the creation, evolution, and management of the work plan, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee the design and documentation process as well as the implementation of the design during construction.
• Responsible for formulating a risk management plan and overseeing project risks.
• Collaborate effectively with all team members.
• Apply the CannonDesign Method utilizing process expectations, best practices, reference standards, tools, templates, and technology.
• Manage and coordinate the team's workload while providing leadership for team activities.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements for the project.
• Responsible for the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) process.
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Experience in healthcare projects is preferred.
• Ability to perform in a project management capacity for one or multiple projects.
• Licensure or registration in the United States is preferred.
• LEED accreditation is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in the discipline is essential.
• Strong business acumen is required.
• Exceptional client leadership skills are a must.
• Strong project team management abilities, capable of overseeing single or multiple projects.
• Must be able to lead and mentor less experienced staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software is required.
• Professional business attire is expected for all client meetings.
